OMG I can’t stop crying. God bless each of you. I have a grandson 18 just going to college for a baseball career. I can’t believe the strength each off you had especially Cory. I’m sure Jeesus has appointed him Captain of the baseball team Blessings to you all

The Phelan family are one of the truly special families. Working with chris for over 20 years I learned about his values and true character he and his family possessed. A fond memory was performing a magic show for the kids in the backyard. Such good kids!!!
I would always hear about Corey’s baseball achievements and was so impressed! I was overjoyed with the news of the Phillies! The news of the illness floored everyone and all we could do was pray and hope.
Hearing of his passing was truly heartbreaking. I was lost at what to say or do. Attending Coreys funeral and seeing the family together and supporting each other was such a vision of true love. The…

Corey and I met sometime in primary school and he was always the funny, upbeat, positive kid you wanted to be around. Corey was always a great player and teammate and I truly recognized that once we got to high school. Sharing the field and having a catch with Corey whenever I could in high school made me realize his true skill and potential in baseball and his crazy, but awesome, superstitions too. Corey was made for baseball and he is baseball. His true competitiveness and focus on the game is something that I will truly forever admire. Corey was also the nicest kid you would come across.
